About this project
Complete roof system replacement on a 2,800 sq ft two-story home in the Lehigh Valley. Removed old dimensional shingles and discovered damaged roof decking that required replacement of 12 sheets of plywood. Installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Weathered Wood with their SureStart PLUS warranty coverage. Added two new Velux solar-powered skylights to bring natural light into the upstairs hallway. Complete system included WinterGuard waterproofing underlayment, Diamond Deck synthetic underlayment, and Ridge Vent continuous ventilation. The homeowner now has a 50-year limited warranty and dramatically improved energy efficiency.
