Critical chimney flashing repair in Greenwich Township, NJ that stopped an active leak causing ceiling damage in the living room below. The original step flashing and counter-flashing had deteriorated and separated from the chimney masonry over 20 years. We removed all old flashing, applied ice and water shield membrane around the chimney base, then installed new aluminum step flashing integrated with lead counter-flashing embedded into fresh mortar joints. Also sealed the chimney crown with elastomeric coating to prevent water entry from above. Backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty on all repairs.
