Large-scale siding replacement project on a 12-unit apartment building in the Lehigh Valley. Removed failing EIFS (synthetic stucco) system that had moisture intrusion issues and replaced with low-maintenance CertainTeed vinyl siding system. Project scope: 8,500 sq ft of siding, new aluminum soffit and fascia, 24 window wraps, and commercial-grade gutters. We worked closely with the property management company to minimize disruption to tenants, completing the project in phases and maintaining clean, safe work areas throughout. The building now has a modern appearance that will attract quality tenants and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
