Combined CertainTeed Monogram 46 siding in Oxford Blue on the upper level with Harbor Stone on the lower level, creating a striking contemporary look. CertainTeed Monogram features the thickest, most durable vinyl panels available with .046 inch thickness and the TrueTexture wood grain surface that looks remarkably authentic. Included new white soffit and fascia, upgraded gutter system, and decorative accent trim. The exterior went from dated 1980s to modern curb appeal that stands out in the neighborhood.
