1What warranty do you offer on your work?
We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all installations. This covers defects in installation technique, flashing work, and waterproofing. The warranty is transferable to new homeowners, adding value to your property. We stand behind our work and promptly address any warranty issues.
2What manufacturer warranties are available?
Manufacturer warranties vary by product. GAF shingles offer 25-year to lifetime limited warranties, with our Master Elite certification enabling 50-Year Golden Pledge coverage. James Hardie siding carries a 30-year warranty. Metal roofing often has 40-50 year warranties. We provide all warranty documentation and register products on your behalf.
3Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We hold contractor licenses in Pennsylvania (PA #PA158550) and New Jersey (NJ #13VH11744800). We carry comprehensive general liability insurance (minimum $1 million) and workers' compensation for all employees. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
4What if something goes wrong after the project?
Contact us immediately—we stand behind our work. For warranty issues, we'll inspect and repair at no charge. We maintain records of all projects including material specifications. Most issues can be resolved within 1-2 weeks of reporting. Our reputation depends on customer satisfaction.
5Do you offer maintenance services?
Yes, we offer maintenance services including gutter cleaning, minor roof repairs, caulking touch-ups, and annual inspections. Regular maintenance extends the life of your roof and siding. We can set up annual maintenance reminders for you.
6How do I submit a warranty claim?
Contact us by phone or email with your address (we keep project records). Describe the issue and include photos if possible. We'll schedule an inspection at your convenience. Valid warranty claims are repaired promptly at no charge. Our goal is to resolve issues within 1-2 weeks.
7What voids the warranty?
Warranty exclusions include: damage from misuse or negligence, alterations by others, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, structural issues unrelated to our work, acts of nature (unless covered by manufacturer), and normal wear and tear. Improper attic ventilation can void roofing warranties.
8What certifications do your installers have?
Our team includes GAF-certified installers, James Hardie Elite Preferred contractors, and CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMasters. We maintain OSHA safety certifications and EPA Lead-Safe certification for work on older homes. Continuous training keeps us current with best practices and new products.
